摘要: An enzyme method of extracting oils, proteins and fermentable sugars from vegetable matter in an aqueous medium, including the following steps: a) adding water to having a suitable particle size; b) mixture containing at least one cellulase, hemicellulase pectinase, ratio between pectinase activity cellulase being 0.14, 7.10-3, less than 120 μmol/min/ml; c) incubating under agitation; d) separation reaction medium order obtain free oil, phase sugars, solid phase; e) optionally separating emulsion oil or phase, recycling medium; f) phase.
