摘要: A process for the fractionation of oilseed cakes and meals (e.g. rapeseed cake, soybean meal, cottonseed cake) is disclosed. This invention describes a process, in which said cake or meal subjected to enzymatic treatment with polysaccharidases intermittent wet milling, followed by heat facilitate separation insoluble from soluble phase centrifugal forces. Sequential centrifugation ultrafiltration steps are carried out order yield fibre-rich fraction, at least three protein-rich fractions, case one emulsified oil sugar-rich phytate-rich fraction. also use above-mentioned fractions food, feed, nutraceutical pharmaceutical applications.
