摘要: The invention concerns a method for preparing chitin nanoparticles wherein copolymer chains of glucosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine bound by β,(1→4) bond, having an average degree acetylation DA not less than 50 % weight polymerization DPW 1500, are dispersed at concentration C the entangling C* chains, in aqueous solution with pH ranging between 1 8, said being obtained mixing acid salt.
