摘要: Glucocorticoid excess in vivo has been shown to cause decreases insulin sensitivity and receptor binding target tissues. We have studied effects glucocorticoid hormones on action differentiated mouse 3T3-L1 fatty fibroblasts, attempt develop a complete model resistance associated with excess.
