摘要: The results of surgery or radiation therapy as primary management esophageal cancer have been dismal, with median survivals generally less than 1 year and 5-year under 10% (Earlan Cunha-Melo 1980; Langer et al. 1986). There several reports which indicate that the use concurrent chemotherapy in may offer an alternative to standard approaches (Coia 1987; John Keane 1989).
