摘要: An amphiphilic oligonucleotide species ((C18)2-DNA) is presented as a generally useful reagent to display encoded tether sequences on the surface of phospholipid assemblies. (C18)2-DNA inserts into preformed vesicles and proteoliposomes arbitrary composition, content, origin using simple gentle procedure significant improvement over previously described method particularly since it allows postmodification any assembly without need for special lipids carrying reactive headgroups. DNA-modified can then be tethered, via DNA hybridization, onto supported bilayer displaying complementary sequence. The encoding capability exploited form an array tethered spatially defined by sequence displayed demonstrates that stably associated with membrane allow sorting.
