摘要: Abstract This review is aimed to describe recent progress in the immobilization of lipid vesicles on solid surfaces but also their embedding quasi two‐dimensional films made from polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEMs). Owing impermeability small molecules and proteins particular macromolecules general, such immobilized reservoirs could achieve great interest performance confined chemical reactions as well development controlled release systems. The results first experiments showing proof concept vesicle will be presented.
