摘要: This article describes a method by which intact vesicles can be chemically attached to hydrolyzed maleic anhydride films covalently bound plasma-polymerized SiO2 on Au substrates. Surface plasmon field-enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS) combined with surface resonance (SPR) was used monitor the activation of plasma-deposited (pp-MA) film EDC/NHS and subsequent coupling lipid vesicles. The were formed from mixture phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine lipids, water-soluble fluorophore encapsulated within. Vesicle attachment measured in real time plasma under different pulse conditions (plasma duty cycle). Optimum vesicle observed pp-MA containing highest density groups. Phospholipase A2 lyse surface-bound release fluorophore.
