摘要: This study describes the Indian food retail environment and how it influences availability, price, marketing of fats in India systematically identifies policy options aimed at reducing purchases foods high trans- saturated fat. Food supply chain analysis, using document archival records, semistructured interviews with key informants, was conducted to identify problems potential solutions improve quality fat supply.
