Bottom-up approach to hybrid metallodielectric materials

摘要: A possibility of obtaining metallodielectric materials with a novel method incorporation arrays metallic nanoparticles into dielectric crystals has been studied on the example Bi 12 GeO 20 as single crystal material and Ni (20 nm) Co (28 dopants. The were added melt then crystallized using micro-pulling down inductive heating system. Few different concentrations particles in range from 0.5 to 10 wt.% applied. structural properties perpendicular parallel growth direction investigated. From X-ray powder diffraction SEM images it concluded that turned bigger oxide nanoparticles.
