摘要: The use of nickel electrodes in combination with donor-doped BaTiO3 for ceramic multilayer capacitors was investigated. Their requires a reducing sintering atmosphere order to maintain the metallic state. Afterwards such devices have be exposed short oxidizing heat treatment transform semiconducting into insulating results show, that from kinetics would possible diffusion newly formed NiO layer being rate-controlling step at 1000° C. However, geometry and fact oxidation consumes far more oxygen than transformation state, do not allow ceramic.
