摘要: Regular silver (Ag) nanopatterns, from disconnected nanotriangles to well coupled triangular clusters of nanoparticles, were prepared by shadow nanosphere lithography at different incident angles θ 0° 20° with continuous azimuthal rotation. The resulting nanopatterns consistent predictions numerical calculations and Monte Carlo simulations adatoms high diffusivity. visible localized surface plasmon resonance these was tuned systematically due the change in size, shape, arrangement Ag nanopatterns. These resonances finite-difference time-domain using realistic based upon scanning electron micrographs. Such a simple fabrication strategy can be used optimize enhanced Raman scattering substrate fabrication, as other plasmonics applications.
