摘要: Abstract The results of therapy in 16 patients with metastatic or nonmetastatic trophoblastic disease have been reported. Therapy consisted chemotherapy alone indicated surgery carried out the middle a course drug administration. Agents used were Methotrexate and actinomycin D. A complete remission rate 75 per cent among 8 100 is recorded. rationale feasibility operating during “adjunctive” are discussed. In this series there was no evidence delay wound healing nor spread following 13 surgical procedures under cover 11 group patients. No claim made regard to relative efficacy type combined alone.
