Research related to service requirements for anticoagulation management has focussed on clinical and health economic outcomes paid little attention the impact of treatment delivery patients’ quality life. This was first large UK study evaluate effect patient self-management (PSM) oral treatment-related life (TRQoL) anxiety in comparison with routine care (RC) explore level therapeutic control TRQoL across within each model care. Methods. A quantitative survey, set primary West Midlands. The subjects were 517 randomized controlled trial participants, 242 receiving PSM 275 RC.
