摘要: Glioblastoma (GBM) with their invasive and aggressive nature, are the most common pri‐ mary brain tumours. GBM accounts for about 60% of all gliomas 12–15% tumors, it is per se frequent primary tumor [1,2]. Although advances in therapies, clinicians researchers fail to arrive at overcoming poor prognosis a median survival only one year from time diagnosis. In Europe North America, incidence three new cases 100.000 inhabitants [3]. can manifest itself any age, preferentially occurs adults, wide peak age between 45 70 years [4].
