摘要: Full-Malaria/Parasites is a database for transcriptome studies of apicomplexa and other parasites, which based on our original full-length cDNA sequences physical clone resources. In this update, the has been expanded to contain shogun sequencing entire 14 818 non-redundant clones from six parasites 6.8 million transcription start sites (TSS), both had produced by novel protocols using oligo-capping method Illumina GA sequencer. The former should be ultimate data exact annotation expressed genes, while latter useful ultra-deep expression analysis. Furthermore, we have launched Full-Arthropods, arthropods medical importance. Full-Arthropods contains 50 343 one-pass sequences, 10 399 shotgun complete 22.4 TSS tags in anopheles mosquitoes that transmit malaria, tsetse flies trypanosomiasis dust mites cause allergic dermatitis bronchial asthma.
