摘要: Abstract Survival behavior of heat resistant bacteria ( Bacillus, Clostridium ) were studied in the temperature range from 35°C to 110°C under controlled pressures up 400 MPa. The death rates organisms at 100°C and MPa 7.4 times 13.6 higher than those normal pressure.
