摘要: This study compared the long-term effects of EY consumption under two diet conditions: normal (ND + EY) and high fat (HFD + EY), on lipid metabolism in mice. ND + EY did not increase serum triglycerides, total cholesterol hepatic triglyceride concentrations, adipose tissue accumulation glucose impairment, leading to fatty liver. HFD + EY markedly decreased accumulation, cholesterol, improved HDL-C blood impairment with HFD. PLS-DA analyzes showed both could decrease C18:1 MUFA. further C18:2 PUFA MUFA excretion, which were associated lower expression Elovl6 higher Scd1 These results suggest that significantly dyslipidemia caused by HFD through modifying metabolism, adversely affect biomarkers risk, but less obvious regulation than HFD + EY.
