摘要: We investigated the influence of an egg-enriched diet on plasma, hepatic and fecal lipid levels gene expression transporters, receptors enzymes involved in cholesterol metabolism. Sprague–Dawley rats fed had lower plasma triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol, triglyceride, concentrations, greater high-density concentration, neutral sterol bile acid concentrations than those a plain diet. Chicken egg yolk no effect 12α-hydroxylase 27α-hydroxylase; but upregulated mRNA LDL-receptor, 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7A1) lecithin acyltransferase, downregulated hydroxymethylglutaryl-(HMG)-CoA reductase acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) after 90 days. Modification profile by was mediated reducing de novo synthesis enhancing excretion via upregulation CYP7A1 LDL receptor, downregulation HMG-CoA ACAT.
