摘要: Nutrient deficiencies and excess are involved in many aspects of human health. As a source essential nutrients, eggs have been used worldwide to support the nutritional needs societies. On other hand, also contain significant amount cholesterol, lipid molecule that has associated with development cardiovascular diseases. Whether increase egg consumption will lead elevated cholesterol absorption disruption homeostasis concern debate for while. Cholesterol is regulated through its dietary intake, endogenous biosynthesis, utilization, excretion. Recently, some research interests paid effects on intestinal absorption. components such as phospholipids may contribute this process. The goals review summarize recent progress area discuss potential benefits consumption.
