Male Pectoral Implants: Radiographic Appearance of Complications.

摘要: There has been a significant surge in aesthetic chest surgery for men the last several years. Male enhancement is performed with surgical placement of solid silicone pectoral implant. In past, male correction and implantation were limited to treatment who had congenital absence or atrophy pectoralis muscle pectus excavatum deformity. But today, popularization increased size fostered by body builders more desiring non-medical reasons. We present case 44-year-old, displaced left implant near extrusion an associated peri-implant soft tissue mass fluid collection. While imaging these patients uncommon, our study presents radiographic findings complications.
