摘要: An unusual malignant spindle-cell sarcoma in the right atrium of a 7-year-old male hunting terrier is described. The neoplasm arose from endocardium, protruded into lumen atrium, was covered with endothelium, and showed local invasive growth atrial wall. tumour composed interlacing bundles spindle cells, sometimes arranged whorls resembling Antoni type A pattern. extracellular matrix abundant reticulin fibres. Immunohistochemistry revealed an intense labelling cells for vimentin, partial neuron-specific enolase, S100 protein, Melan-A. morphology indicated primary peripheral nerve sheath tumour, described rats.
