摘要: Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was used to quantify phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylglycerol (PG) molecular species in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from control mild asthmatic subjects after local allergen challenge. BALF obtained 5 13 before 24 h segmental saline There were no differences the ratio of total PC PG or composition between groups under basal conditions. Allergen challenge but not volunteers caused a significant increase PC-to-PG because increased concentrations containing linoleic acid (16:0/18:2 PC, 18:0/18:2 18:1/18:2 PC). These characteristic plasma analyzed same subjects, strongly suggesting that altered due infiltration lipoprotein, catabolism surfactant phospholipid. Interactions lipoprotein infiltrate may contribute dysfunction potentiate disease severity asthma.
