摘要: Helper T cell differentiation is a key process in the regulation of adaptive immune responses. Here, mouse Th1 and Th2 cells are profiled using high-throughput proteomics to increase understanding molecular biology Th support design prophylactic therapeutic intervention strategies for (infectious) diseases. Protein profiling Th1/Th2 differentiated results quantification almost 6000 proteins which 41 differentially expressed at FDR < 0.1, 19 0.05 level, respectively. Differential protein expression analysis identifies number expected canonical markers, gene set REACTOME database hypergeometric test (FDR 0.05) confirms that helper pathways top sets expressed. Additionally, by network analysis, many associated with pathways. Data available via PRIDE identifier PXD004532.
