Manganese (II) -Selective Potentiometric Sensor Based on Calix(4)resorcinarene in PVC Matrix

摘要: A new Manganese (II) PVC membrane sensor incorporating 2,8,14,20-tetrakis(naphthyl)calix[4]resorcinarene (TNCR) as ionophore, tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) anion excluder and dioctylphthalate (DOP) plasticizer was constructed. The electrode exhibited an excellent potentiometric response over a wide concentration range of 1.0 × 10 -5 - -1 M with Nernstian slope 29.8 (± 0.4) mV decade . detection limit 5.1 10-6 M. showed better performance pH 3.2 – 7.0, had short time less than 25 s. successfully applied for the titration Mn against EDTA.
