摘要: We simulate the focal intensity distribution of a radially polarized beam, in view vector diffraction theory. summarize two important rules: (i) marginal ray aperture determines size on plane; (ii) ratio longitudinal component to transversal affects shape focus. design continuous phase filter using these rules for confocal system. chose tangent semi-aperture angle build up function, because it is sensitive rays, which have large angles. To achieve flexible modulation, we use quadratic function unwrapping phase. optimize parameters and transverse superresolving Aiming at different Strehl ratios, obtain series superresolution filters. Compared with others, proposed has advantages superior effect higher energy utilization ratios. The phase-filter universal proved be valid. It can employed either high or low NA systems, donut focus applications.
