摘要: Abstract Chemical foliar analyses are a widely used tool to obtain information on the nutritional status of forests and effects stress factors such as atmospheric deposition. Harmonized methods for field sampling, laboratory analysis, data treatment well stringent Quality Assurance Control essential provide reliable results, especially when collection is carried out at large scale long term. Based experience gained within ICP Forests, this chapter gives practical advice how, where, sample tree foliage. It further covers methodologies transport, storage, preparation analysis samples in laboratory. Examples 20 years’ context Forests monitoring program show potential relevance presented.
