摘要: The findings of our initial study demonstrate for the first time ability to terminate induced VT/VF reliably (100% all episodes) by a single, monophasic 230-J shock delivered Wearable Cardioverter-Defibrillator (WCD). Although limited sample size, data suggest WCD could be used as feasible bridge definitive implantation an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator in patients whom risk stratification sudden death is not completed.
