摘要: The material properties of molybdenum (Mo) and Mo/chromium (Cr) combined layers as back electrodes were compared with the electrical performance copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS)-based solar cells fabricated on steel foil. addition a Cr thin layer between Mo films stainless (STS) substrates increased columnar grain size Mo. These results could lead to enhancements in cell efficiency for CIGS evaporated Mo/Cr, although root mean square roughness from 187 251 nm that Mo/STS sample.
