摘要: Not all rapidly proliferating tissues of the mouse are adversely affected by action mutant alleles at W- and Sl loci. In contrast to greatly impeded proliferation blood-cell precursors, primordial germ cells, melanocyte precursors in W/Wv Sl/Sld anemic, sterile, black-eyed white mice, normal intestinal mucosa was observed mice these same genotypes. Determinations number cells per crypt, labeling index, mitotic uptake tritiated thymidine mg mucosa, showed no significant differences between values for untreated (+/+) anemic (W/Wv mice. The responded radiation insult manner as did that +/+ Mice three genotypes were equally able increase proliferative activity crypts, restore cell numbers. Differences findings other recent studies discussed.
