摘要: Binding sites which recognize and bind specifically asialotranscortin the native transcortin-cortisol complex have been found in plasma membranes of human liver cells. The conformation transcortin is an absolute requirement for binding reaction transcortin-hormone complex. Sex-hormone-binding globulin thyroxine-binding from serum do not to this sites.
