摘要: Pattern-reversal and flash electroretinograms (ERG), oscillatory potentials (OP) were recorded from 11 patients with unilateral glaucoma. The pattern-reversal ERG amplitudes reduced below the level of normal variation in 10 glaucomatous eyes. difference amplitude means was statistically significant. No differences observed ERGs or OPs. histopathological correlate to visual field defects glaucoma is retinal ganglion cell degeneration. present electrophysiological findings support view, based on results animal experiments, that reflects activity.
