摘要: OBJECTIVE: The authors investigated the role of acute serotonergic modulation in efficacy selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) women with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. METHOD: Patients disorder (whose symptoms had remitted during treatment fluoxetine) and a group unmedicated healthy comparison received receptor antagonist metergoline as part double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study.
