摘要: In this article, a novel Al-6Y-2P master alloy with cubic YP particles was successfully synthesized and its complex modification performance on Al-18Si has also been investigated. With the doping of La Ce, (YxLa1-x)P (YxCe1-x)P still exhibit morphologies in three dimensional spaces (3-D space). The excellent can be obtained addition alloy. Under optimized conditions, i.e. melting temperature 780 °C, level 1.5 wt% holding time 30–60 min, tensile strength Brinell hardness alloys significantly increased by 16.8% 17.1%, respectively. It is proposed that Si atoms melt could promote structure evolution to AlP release Y, which would reason for composite developed
