摘要: Based on Life Cycle Assessment techniques, this research compares the environmental impact of 11 variants for construction roofs in residential buildings. Among others, energy used, carbon footprint and waste associated to placement packaging are found, leading 9 sustainability indicators, which include socio-economic aspects such as decennial maintenance cost, maintainability ratio or quantity labour necessary. Each was characterised based 20 typologies constituent layers, categorised under 6 functional groups, according function held roofs. study, it is demonstrated that most sustainable non-trafficable flat roof with gravel finishing (with either a PVC bituminous layer), followed by pitched ceramic cement mortar tiles) green layer. It noted trafficable generate greater emissions dioxide use more their construction, require lower cost maintenance. Furthermore, higher amount than labour, especially case tiles.
