摘要: Abstract Poor planning of building projects is observed to definitely increase both time consumption and costs. Limitations existing studies about contrast between BIM 4D methodology conventional graphic planning, focus on comparing them from a qualitative point view, without quantifying their real performance. The present paper aimed at performing quantitative analysis as compared planning. Provided this novel accounts for elements including technical visual information, subsequent construction operations would be carried out in more controlled accurate environment. In particular, balance suitable data management included the model appropriate use task information was analysed. results show that integration project execution ensures greater control over model, thus preventing time- cost-inefficiencies along development.
