摘要: Abstract The development of large-scale projects has comprehensive effects on economic, social, and environmental sustainability. These are closely related to the time development. evaluation various time-dependent metrics for multiple scenarios supports stakeholders in making informed decisions their master plans. However, current practice lacks an integrated methodology that enables automatic visualization results, planning process arduous. existing Building Information Model (BIM)-based decision-support methods have been used create alternatives rapidly, evaluate metrics, visualize alternative plans prior actual construction; however, those primarily focused building design construction. Therefore, they limited ability provide appropriate projects. This paper introduces Development Strategy Formulation Evaluation Methodology (DSFEM), which is tailored developments. Based this methodology, we developed Simulator (DSS), automated system. We applied DSFEM DSS Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ) project as a case study. application results demonstrate allow supporting timely decisions.
