摘要: Abstract This paper demonstrates that manufacturing plants within the same industry, but located in different places, often have production characteristics. conclusion is based on time series estimation of a general model for each four industries Los Angeles and Philadelphia. The discusses why differences economies scale, total factor productivity, distribution, elasticities substitution, other parameters, are important regional theory public policy.
