摘要: Allergic asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases in western society, characterized by variable airway obstruction, mucus hypersecretion and infiltration wall with T-helper type 2 (Th2) cells, eosinophils mast cells. If we are to devise new causal therapies for this disease, it important elucidate how Th2 cells activated respond intrinsically harmless allergens. Dendritic (DCs) antigen-presenting lung mainly recognized their exceptional potential generate a primary immune response sensitization aeroallergens. Much less attention has been paid role DCs established inflammation. Based on functional studies murine model asthma, review article, propose that essential generating allergen-specific effector responses ongoing inflammation sensitized mice. A better understanding maintenance inflammatory allergens should lead therapeutic approaches intervening at top cascade.
