摘要: During inflammatory processes, inflamed tissues signal the bone marrow (BM) to produce more mature leukocytes in ways that are not yet understood. We report here that, during development of lung allergic inflammation, administration neutralizing antibodies chemotactic cytokine, Eotaxin, prevented increase number myeloid progenitors produced BM, therefore reducing output cells from BM. Conversely, vivo Eotaxin increased present Furthermore, we found vitro, is a colony-stimulating factor for granulocytes and macrophages. activity synergized with stem cell but interleukin-3 or granulocyte-macrophage was inhibited by pertussis toxin. also CCR-3, receptor expressed hematopoietic (HP). Thus, acts paracrine way shift differentiation BM HP towards lineage.
