摘要: Early disease diagnostics require rapid, sensitive, and selective detection methods for target analytes. Specifically, early viral in a point-of-care setting is critical preventing epidemics the spread of disease. However, conventional such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays or cell cultures are cumbersome difficult field use due to requirements extensive lab equipment highly trained personnel, well limited sensitivity. Recent advances nanoparticle concentration have given rise many novel methodologies, which address shortcomings modern clinical assays. Here, we review primary, well-characterized context via diffusion, centrifugation microfiltration, electric magnetic fields, nano-microfluidics. Details mechanisms examples related applications provide valuable information design portable, integrated sensors. This study reviews wide range techniques compares their advantages disadvantages with respect particle detection. We conclude by highlighting selected devices next-generation biosensing systems.
