摘要: Abstract A new fluorescein-based fluorescent probe for the detection of Au 3+ has been developed. This was derived from 4′,5′-fluoresceindicarboxaldehyde and exhibited highly selective sensitive response toward gold(III) ions in aqueous solution. There is a good linear relationship between fluorescence intensity at 523 nm concentrations ranging 0 μM to 60 μM, which makes it effective . The limit (LOD) evaluated be 0.07 μM based on S/N = 3. enhancement attributed irreversible C N bond hydrolysis that occurred this presence , generating 4′,5′-fluoresceindicarboxaldehyde. Furthermore, imaging experiments indicated cell-permeable can used detect within living cell.
