摘要: A fluorescein-based sensor was developed for the AChE activity assay and inhibitor screening. The provided dual methods screening of in presence or absence inhibitor. colorimetric fluorometric assays were based on following processes: (1) owing to hydrolysis acetylthiocholine AChE, probe can rapidly induce 1,4-addition product thiocholine α,β-unsaturated ketone compound 1, resulting strong fluorescence absorption changes; (2) corresponding inhibitor, enhancement change would be inhibited that formation hindered.
