Extrapelvic lymph node metastases in cervical carcinoma

摘要: One hundred and fifty patients with invasive cervical carcinoma underwent preradiation therapy celiotomy para-aortic node excision. The incidence of histologically documented metastases in these nodes was 33% (34/102) Stage IIIB. last 23 positive had left sclanene excision; were eight (34.8%). Sixteen visceral including 11 small large bowel metastases, two liver one to the intestine. Pretreatment lymph excision and, where positive, followed by scalene is valuable treatment planning advanced limited pelvis.
