Spontaneous occurrence of localized pulmonary interstitial and endolymphatic emphysema in infancy

摘要: Two infants are described with persistent pulmonary interstitial and endolymphatic emphysema of the localized, bullous type, occurring apparently spontaneously. Roentgenographically, process simulated congenital lobar in first patient bilateral post-infectious pneumatoceles second. The histologic features lesion were identical to those seen localized caused by positive pressure ventilation newborns hyaline membrane disease.
