摘要: The disruption of normal hematopoiesis has been observed in leukemia, but the mechanism is unclear. Osteoblasts originate from bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and can maintain hematopoiesis. To investigate how leukemic inhibit osteogenic differentiation BMSCs role Notch signaling this process, we cocultured with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) induction medium. expression levels Notch1, Hes1, markers Runx2, Osteopontin (OPN), Osteocalcin (OCN) were assessed by real-time RT-PCR western blotting on day 3.
