摘要: Mesoporous calcium-silicate nanoparticles (MCSNs) are advanced biomaterials for drug delivery and mineralization induction. They can load silver exhibit significantly antibacterial effects. However, the effects of MCSNs silver-loaded on dentin unknown. The (Ag) and/or zinc (Zn) incorporated (Ag-Zn-MCSNs) were prepared by a template method, their characterizations tested. Then filled into root canals investigated. Ag-Zn-MCSNs showed characteristics mesoporous materials sustained release ions over time. adhered well to canal walls infiltrated dentinal tubules after ultrasound activation. no negative either flexural strength or modulus elasticity dentin, while CH decreased (P<0.05). These findings suggested that Ag Zn be using may developed new disinfectant tubules.
