摘要: AIM:To determine the incidence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in trauterine infection and to explore relationship between HBV viremia level pregnant women intrauterine infection.METHODS: Sixty-nine were divided into three groups. Group A, 41 HBsAg positive patients, 14 them HBeAg (group A1), 27 negative A2); B, 12 but for anti-HBs and/or anti-HBe anti-HBc; C, 16 patients all markers. Blood samples mothers taken at delivery, their infants collected within 24 hours after birth (before injection HBIG vaccine). All serum stored -20°. markers tested by radioimmunoassay NDA detected nested polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: In group newborns DNA. 7 (17.1%), 17 (41.5%) DNA (P < 0.05). The was much higher A1 than that A2 (HBsAg 42.9% vs 3.7%, 92.9% 14.8%, P significantly different high low (93.3% 42.9%,P 0.05).CONCLUSION: is when with PCR used as a marker infection. It related mothers.
