摘要: To elucidate the dependence of exchange coupling behavior hard/soft magnetic bilayer systems on various micromagnetic constants, length and nucleation field HN were systematically measured five thin-film libraries made soft magnetic/hard bilayers. Hysteresis loops CoPt/FexCo1x 0x1, CoPt/Ni, CoPt/Fe, Sm2Co7/Fe,Co, or Ni, Sm2Co7/Ni using a magnetooptical Kerr effect setup. The one-dimensional model proposed by Leineweber Kronmuller J. Magn. Mater. 176, 145 1997 simulations used to interpret obtained high-throughput investigation. We found that dominant factors determining are hard layer constants saturation magnetization M layer. display direct correlation with domain-wall width have an anticorrelation layers. They not be substantially dependent stiffness A anisotropy K within group materials studied here.
