摘要: The study aimed to establish prevalence of the broader autistic spectrum, including Asperger syndrome, in 5- 11-year-olds Cambridgeshire, UK. Cases diagnosed autism spectrum condition (ASC) children who were Cambridgeshire schools and aged between 5 11 years on 31 December 1999 sought using public records, screening instruments, educational psychology special needs coordinator (SENCO) records. We report a ASC age group 5-11 almost 0.6 percent (57 10,000). This is times higher than rate classic but line with other recent national international rates for spectrum. In responding mainstream was 0.33 percent. school population it 12.5 overall sex ratio replicated findings classical 4:1 (M:F), those being educated 8:1 (M:F).
